During the internship within Piacere Modena, the intern will have the opportunity to follow all stages of the conception, planning, communication, and implementation of an event promoting PDO and PGI products from the province of Modena. Piacere Modena works closely with protection consortia and local institutions.

You will have the opportunity to work on
- Managing orders and providing customer care for our online shop, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Preparing commercial offers and updating price lists.
- Supporting B2B and B2C customer management, both in Italy and abroad.
- Collecting and analyzing sales data to support performance reports.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional initiatives and digital campaigns.

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing intern to support our team in organizing and leading guided tours of our cheese dairy.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors (tourists, schools, groups) and introducing the company.
- Guiding guests through the production process of Parmigiano Reggiano and sharing its story.
- Assisting with scheduling, bookings, and preparation of tour materials.
- Helping with tastings and on-site shop activities.
- Collecting feedback to improve the visitor experience.

The Food Museums of Parma are a network of 9 museums dedicated to promoting the region’s excellent products and welcoming interns in the field of communication.
Through fieldwork in collaboration with the Communications Manager and the Food Museums’ Press Office, each intern is asked to participate in defining the Food Museums’ annual communication plan and its implementation through the creation of content for the website, the Museums’ newsletter, social media pages, blog, podcasts, Facebook Live, and press releases, in order to identify the different modes of expression of the various media and modulate their synergistic use, acquiring useful experience for future professional activity.
Support for the development of food and wine tourism itineraries and experiences centered on the world of Lumaca di Casumaro.
