I am the founder of Aura Vitis, a boutique strategic consultancy dedicated to heroic viticulture and extreme wine territories. My professional background spans more than three decades in strategic communication, international stakeholder management and complex governance environments, working at the intersection of public institutions, private actors and regulated markets. Throughout my career, I have designed and led positioning strategies, reputation frameworks and multi-country initiatives in contexts where credibility, long-term vision and alignment between narrative, economics and policy are essential. These competencies translate directly into today’s wine sector, particularly for wineries and territories facing structural constraints such as climate risk, high production costs, territorial fragmentation and increasing global competition. I focus on transforming constraints into value. I work with wineries, territories and institutions that compete on meaning, quality and resilience rather than volume, supporting them in building premium positioning, territorial legitimacy and bankable long-term strategies. My work combines strategic branding and storytelling grounded in evidence, the design of high-value wine tourism experiences, and the structuring of projects aligned with European funding priorities (LIFE, Horizon Europe, INTERREG).
